1) Amazon Karigar accepts new sellers only - attar units already selling on Amazon cannot switch in. 2) Karigar is framed for hand-crafted/handmade goods; distilled attar may be rejected as not 'handicraft' - approval is at Amazon's discretion. 3) GST registration is mandatory; unregistered micro-distillers are excluded. 4) 'No additional cost' does not mean free selling: standard closing fees, shipping fees and (reduced) referral fees still apply; the 8% cap is 'or less depending on category' - the perfume category rate is not published in the sources found. 5) Account-manager support is short (9 weeks/30 days). 6) Flipkart's 'reduced commission where eligible' percentage and incubation length are unpublished. 7) The UP MoUs (2020, 2022) have no published text, GO number or renewal; benefits depend on the platforms' current programme terms, which can change unilaterally. 8) The Dec 2025 MoMSME-Amazon MoU covers PM Vishwakarma trades, which do not include perfumery. 9) Marketplace regulatory issues for perfumes (alcohol content, flammable-goods shipping restrictions, BIS/legal metrology labelling) are not addressed by either programme.

No Kannauj-specific implementing agency named in any source found. In practice ODOP-registered units are referred via the District Industries & Enterprise Promotion Centre (DIC/DIEPC) Kannauj and the ODOP Cell, Directorate of Industries, Kanpur; onboarding itself is done by Amazon/Flipkart seller-onboarding teams online. FFDC, KVIC/UPKVIB, banks, CSC and UPSIDA have no documented role.
