Not a grant/subsidy – all services are chargeable; fee notices are programme-specific and change yearly; the historical fee figures above (2015, 2022) must not be cited as current; the 2020 testing-charge PDF and 2024 TDP notice URLs are dead (404) so any figure must be re-verified with FFDC directly; some workshops are held at partner institutions (e.g. FRI Dehradun) rather than Kannauj; sponsored 'free' workshops are one-off and depend on the sponsor.
