सावधानी

1) CSC is a channel, not a benefit scheme – it confers no subsidy; eligibility and sanction rest with the parent scheme (DIC/KVIC/bank). 2) Official VLE commission rates are not published on csc.gov.in or PIB; figures circulating (Rs 20-50 per enrolment) come only from VLE blogs – treat as unverified. 3) Overcharging risk: PM Vishwakarma, e-Shram and most Aadhaar-linked enrolments are free to the citizen; VLEs sometimes charge Rs 25-50 'assistance' fees without a notified basis. 4) PM Vishwakarma enrolment via CSC requires Gram Pradhan/ULB verification and excludes attar/perfumery (not in 18 trades). 5) PIB pages (pib.gov.in) returned HTTP 403 to automated fetch – numbers below are from search-index snippets of those releases; verify before publication. 6) Kannauj-level CSC count and UP-specific VLE incentive orders (UPDESCO) were not found within the tool budget.

CSC district office / District Manager, CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd, Kannauj, coordinated through the District e-Governance Society (DeGS) chaired by the District Magistrate and the District Informatics Officer (NIC); individual Gram Panchayat-level CSCs run by VLEs. State nodal: UP Development Systems Corporation (UPDESCO)/IT & Electronics Department, GoUP. DIC Kannauj, KVIC/UPKVIB and banks are the scheme owners whose applications (PMEGP, PM Vishwakarma, MSY, Udyam, MUDRA lead) VLEs file on behalf of applicants – they do not implement CSC itself.
