MDA: 75% of stall rent for foreign fairs up to INR 3.25 lakh + 75% economy airfare up to INR 1.25 lakh (max 3 fairs/yr); domestic international-level fairs 75% up to INR 75,000 stall + INR 30,000 fare; virtual fairs 75% up to INR 25,000/fair (max 4); publicity/website/digital marketing 75% up to INR 1 lakh/yr; samples to foreign buyers 75% up to INR 2 lakh/yr; export certifications 75% with no sub-ceiling. Gateway Port Freight: INR 20,000 per 20-ft or INR 40,000 per 40-ft container or 30% of inland freight, whichever lower; LCL covered for small exporters. Air Freight: 30% of air freight or INR 150/kg, whichever lower. E-commerce onboarding: 75% of first-year platform fees. Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra: 75% of postage. Performance incentive: 1% of year-on-year increase in export turnover. ECGC: 30% of annual premium. EOSP: 40% capital subsidy for export infrastructure.

A registered UP MSME attar exporter can recover 75% of trade-fair, sample, certification, digital-marketing and e-commerce onboarding costs (up to INR 25 lakh/yr MDA and INR 3 lakh e-commerce), 30% of freight to port or air cargo, 75% of Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra postage, 30% of ECGC premium and 1% of export growth, all as post-export reimbursements from the UP Export Promotion Bureau.

सावधानी

1) Only exporters registered with BOTH UPEPB and UPEPC at the time of application qualify; registration lapses each 31 March and must be renewed by 30 June or claims are barred. 2) Reimbursement only: costs must be incurred and the export completed (shipping bill/LEO) before claiming; no advance. 3) MSME category is a hard filter (GO 828 point 10); units above MSME thresholds are excluded from MDA/freight/air/e-commerce/DNK/performance/ECGC. 4) No double-dipping: the same expense cannot be claimed under ODOP MDA (Dept of MSME) or Central MAI/MDA and the state export MDA. 5) E-commerce assistance is one-time, first year, one platform, and excludes third-party logistics or self-arranged shipping. 6) Air freight from complexes outside UP needs a UP State-of-Origin certificate. 7) Certification claims have no sub-cap but consume the overall INR 25 lakh MDA ceiling. 8) Performance incentive is on incremental turnover only. 9) Domestic (non-export) sales, farmers, workers and consumers get no direct benefit. 10) The content of the "First Amendment" (June 2026) could not be identified; verify at EPB before quoting figures. 11) 2020-25 rates (e.g., MDA 60% stall up to INR 2 lakh; freight 2
