Deputy Commissioner Industries, District Industries & Enterprise Promotion Centre (DIC), Kannauj; sanction by the District-Level Committee (GO 506 dated 23-05-2018). GO 263 (2020) allowed offline claims only until the online portal went live. State queries: ODOP Cell, Niryat Bhawan, 2nd Floor, 8 Cantt Road, Qaiserbagh, Lucknow-226001.

(2) Only producers/marketers of the district's notified product qualify - Kannauj flower farmers, workers/apprentices and consumers are outside the scheme; incense/dhoopbatti makers are in (second Kannauj product). (3) Max 3 claims per FY and no stacking with any similar Central/State benefit for the same fair (e.g. GoI DC-MSME SSI-MDA, DC-Handicrafts Marketing Support). (4) E-commerce assistance is once-only and for one portal. (5) Cash payments for tickets/stall rent are not accepted for out-of-state and foreign fairs - pay online/cheque/bank. (6) Claim window 120 days (portal FAQ). (7) Sanctions are 'within the prescribed budget limit', first-come-first-served. (8) Data traps: the msme1connect scheme web page shows interstate stall assistance as 'Rs 5,000' (typo; GO says Rs 2,00,000) and phrases caps as '75% or Rs X, whichever is maximum' (GO means 75% subject to a maximum); the 'ODOP MDA Eligibility' PDF hosted on msme1connect is actually the GoI DC-MSME SSI-MDA scheme, not the UP ODOP scheme; and the file labelled 'Government Order' there is o
